This Refunds & Return Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order on Bludiode.com, you agree that you have read and accepted all of the following conditions.


Case I: Canceling an Order Before It Is Shipped

Order Not Yet Handed Over to Supplier

    • If your order has not been handed over to the supplier (in China/Hong Kong/USA/UK/EU), you may request a cancellation.
    • If approved, your refund will include the amount you paid for the product, minus:
      • Transaction fees (if applicable).
      • Any other return costs mentioned below.
    • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Order Already Handed Over to Supplier But Not Yet Shipped

    • If your order has been handed over to the supplier, we may deny your cancellation request if the item is already in transit (even if you do not yet have a tracking number).
    • If we accept your request, you will receive a refund minus:
      • Applicable transaction fees.
      • Any other return costs mentioned below.
    • Refunds will be made using the original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

Case II: Canceling an Order After It Has Shipped (But Before You Receive It)

  • You may choose to reject the shipment; however, this is not recommended because:
    • Return shipping could be more expensive than accepting the package and returning it normally.
    • Extended transit times may delay your refund beyond 14 days, as we cannot process it until the package arrives back.
    • There may be customs, taxes, or duties already applied that cannot be canceled simply by rejecting the package.
  • If you reject the delivery, we will refund you minus any costs incurred to return the parcel (including any nonrefundable taxes/duties), once the item arrives back at the sender’s address. This can take several weeks depending on shipping and customs timelines.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, usually within 14 days after the returned parcel is received and verified.

Case III: Returning an Item You Have Already Received (Non-Faulty/Wrong)

Returns Are Allowed with some exceptions

You are entitled to return all products purchased from our website, with certain exceptions. Returns of the following products are not permitted or are permitted only under specific conditions.

    • Devices with foldable screens (featuring flexible screens) can only be returned if they are not unsealed. Returns of unsealed foldable devices (with flexible screens) will be rejected.
    • Smartwatches can only be returned if they are not unsealed. Returns of unsealed smartwatches will be rejected.
    • Headphones and headsets cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

Return Locations

    • We accept returns worldwide. You may return your item to one of our warehouses or directly to the supplier’s address.*
    • Our main warehouses are located in:
      • USA (Oregon)
      • Europe (Germany) – EU zone
      • UK (Warrington)
    • If you wish to seek a refund of VAT, duty, or taxes (where applicable), you may need to return the product directly to the supplier’s address.**

Return Conditions

    • You must initiate your return within 14 calendar days of the date you received the product.
    • The product and its accessories must show no signs of use and must include all original packaging.
    • You must not have activated any software or user-dependent services (e.g., registering the device with personal data).
    • You are not returning a bulk order (more than 3 pieces of the same item). Bulk returns are subject to individual terms.

Initiating the Return

    • You must report your return request via the “Returns Manager” in your Bludiode.com account no later than one day before the 14-day return window ends.

Shipping the Return

    • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
    • Ship it as an insured package, properly marked as a “return,” to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection Period

    • Once we receive your returned item, we have up to 7 calendar days to inspect and verify its condition.

Refund Processing

    • If the return is accepted, you will receive a refund within 14 days of acceptance, minus:
      • A re-stock fee of $59.99 USD (reflecting the shipping cost we initially discounted).
      • Any customs clearance costs (tax, VAT, duty) that cannot be recovered.
      • Transaction fees (if applicable).
    • Refunds will typically be made using the original payment method. If your payment method does not allow refunds, we will transfer the amount to your bank account, deducting any bank charges incurred.

Case IV: Returns After 14 Days (Warranty Issues)

  • If your device needs to be returned after the 14-day window due to a warranty claim, please refer to our Warranty Terms (Rules and Conditions – Chapter V) and follow the instructions in How to Make a Complaint.
  • A payment refund is only possible if the producer or service center cannot repair the device. In that event, a store-credit refund may be issued within 14 days after the service center confirms the device is not repairable.

Case V: If You Received a Different Product Than Ordered

  • Please see Rules and Conditions – Chapter VI for detailed guidance.
  • Always check the package contents before signing for delivery. If the parcel is left in a mailbox, with a neighbor, or unattended, all risk of damage or loss passes to you once it is marked as delivered.
  • A refund will be issued in the original payment method within 14 days after we (or the shipping company) confirm a mistake occurred on our or the courier’s side. This claim process may take a few weeks; no refund will be issued until the investigation concludes.

Case VI: If You Did Not Receive Your Order

  • Please see Rules and Conditions – Chapter III for detailed guidance.
  • As noted above, ensure you personally receive and inspect the shipment. If it is left unattended or with a third party, the risk of loss passes to you once it is marked delivered.
  • A refund will be issued only after the carrier or Bludiode.com confirms that a mistake has occurred. This can take a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the claim.

Additional Notes

* Before returning an item directly to the supplier, confirm the exact return address; the address on your shipping label may be a freight forwarder, which could result in lost or refused returns.

** Bludiode.com does not provide or guarantee tax/VAT/duty refunds. If you need a refund for these charges (where applicable), contact the courier or relevant local authority.

Always confirm the original shipping (“Ship From”) details in the product listing. You may be required to send the product back to its country of origin at your own cost.
