OTA updates are most likely going to work in most of the devices bought at our website and they should not change system sate ex. removing multi-language and google apps.
However, there are devices where OTA will not work, we usually inform about it on the product page, in the "ROM" section. If you'll not be able to make automatic updates, you may always try to make manual system update, which may require some skills or tools (ex. ADB) installed on your computer. It may also remove system customisations installed before ex. multi-language support. For more info you may ask us a question from product page.
NFC will most likely work on the most of the devices bought on our website.
Exception are some, but not all, devices sold with unlocked bootloader, due to Global rom installation ex. Xiaomi. Some other devices with Global rom installed on original rom, and unlocked bootloader shouldn't have problems with NFC payments - ex. Realme devices. Root can also cause NFC banking applications not work, but our store in current time don't sell rooted devices at all (state for January 2024).
If you have doubts if your device will have NFC payments working you should ask us every time by product questions available at product page or checks questions of the other customers at the bottom of the product page.

2 Requires 4G LTE wireless service plan (sold separately) to use cellular functionality. Compatible cellular service and roaming may not be available on all carrier networks or in all areas. Google Pixel Watch 2 and Android companion devices must use the same carrier network. Contact carrier for about current restrictions, network performance, compatibility, and availability. Watch connects to compatible 4G LTE networks but 4G LTE service, speed and performance depend on many factors including, but not limited to, carrier network capabilities, device configuration and capabilities, network traffic, location, signal strength and signal obstruction. Actual results may vary.

4 Maximum battery life is approximate and is based on testing conducted in California in mid 2023 on pre-production hardware and software, using default settings with a median Pixel user battery usage profile across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features. Dropping your device may result in loss of water resistance. Google Pixel Watch is designed to be used in shallow water and should not be used for activities involving water at high velocity or high temperature. After any exposure to liquid, we recommend drying the watch and band because, as with any wearable device, it’s best for your skin if the band is clean and dry.

Watch trade-in credit will be issued as a refund back on the specific form of payment used for the watch purchase at Google Store or in the form of Store Credit if the purchased watch has already been returned.
