On June 15, 2024, I ordered and paid for Vivo X100 Ultra. To this day I have no information whether the phone was sent at all or what is happening with my parcel worth PLN 4,400. They don't reply to emails and they don't reply to any other messages. I'm afraid they're scammers and I'm reporting it to the police soon. After paying for the order, suddenly no contact.

OTA updates are most likely going to work in most of the devices bought at our website and they should not change system sate ex. removing multi-language and google apps.
However, there are devices where OTA will not work, we usually inform about it on the product page, in the "ROM" section. If you'll not be able to make automatic updates, you may always try to make manual system update, which may require some skills or tools (ex. ADB) installed on your computer. It may also remove system customisations installed before ex. multi-language support. For more info you may ask us a question from product page.
NFC will most likely work on the most of the devices bought on our website.
Exception are some, but not all, devices sold with unlocked bootloader, due to Global rom installation ex. Xiaomi. Some other devices with Global rom installed on original rom, and unlocked bootloader shouldn't have problems with NFC payments - ex. Realme devices. Root can also cause NFC banking applications not work, but our store in current time don't sell rooted devices at all (state for January 2024).

- The device has been tested for water resistance using IEC 60529 standard and has achieved an IP65/68 rating. Water and dust resistance can deteriorate over time in normal usage, or if the device is damaged, repaired or taken apart. The device should never be completely submerged underwater, and should not be allowed to come into contact with seawater, brine, chlorinated water or drinks. Failure to observe correct precautions will invalidate the device warranty and the function of water and dust resistance. Water resistance is tested by submerging the device to a depth of 1.5 meters in tap water for 30 minutes. After the test the device is removed and fully dried, then checked for normal operation. Please note that the device has a USB-C charging port, and this USB-C port must be completely dry before any attempt is made at charging.
