I purchased a Huawei product; "bludiode" is a reliable and secure website. It arrived perfectly packaged and brand new. You do need to be patient regarding certain procedures, as some time may elapse between the purchase and receipt. Otherwise—5 stars.

Ordered the Red Magic 11 Pro here for the first time. Shipping took like 1.5–2 months which yeah, is a long wait — but I knew that going in so no complaints. The main thing that got me to buy here is they accept Skrill, which almost nobody does, so that alone made it worth it. Phone arrived fine, really happy with it. Glad I found this place, will definitely order again.

1 star just because lower is not possible to set. The order expected to arrive within one month latest, was shipped only after one month and took more about 2 for arriving. As it was taking more than 1 months I asked for cancellation but they said was not possible as already processed, but were not able to properly track the order and give me feedback on the expected arrival (saying it will arrive in few days, and then weeks passed again).
When it arrived I returned it (still sealed!), paying for the shipping cost and the good arrived to their warehouse in 1-2 days, more than 1 month ago and still waiting for the refund that should be processed within max 14days.
No timing declared in this site has been respected. Not reliable at all.

Ho ordinato un telefono su questo sito e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata un po’ altalenante. All’inizio ero preoccupata: temevo che non arrivasse o che fosse una truffa, soprattutto leggendo alcune recensioni di altri clienti.
Dalla data dell’ordine al 10 aprile sono passati circa due mesi, quindi l’attesa è stata lunga, ma alla fine il telefono è arrivato oggi, in perfette condizioni e completamente funzionante.
Un problema importante è stato il corriere: non ha chiesto né nome, né documento, né firma alla consegna, cosa poco sicura per un pacco di questo valore. Inoltre, il servizio clienti risponde alle email abbastanza lentamente, di solito ci vogliono due o tre giorni.
Nel complesso, sono contenta del prodotto, ma consiglio al venditore di migliorare la sicurezza della consegna e la velocità delle risposte. L’esperienza finale è positiva solo grazie al telefono arrivato integro e funzionante.

Your case is currently under investigation. You were insisting on immediate payment confirmation during non-working days, and when the case was reviewed on the next working day, it turned out that the transfer had been withdrawn.

So at this stage, there are two possibilities — either the payment was initiated knowing it would be recalled, or it was withdrawn due to impatience before it could be properly processed. Naturally, in such situations, the order cannot be confirmed.

This is exactly why you were asked to repeat the payment — because the funds were not received on our side. Every confirmed order in our store generates automatic confirmation emails, so if there is no confirmation, it usually means the payment was not completed successfully.

The case is still being reviewed. If we determine that this was an attempt to abuse the payment process, it may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

I am sending this to express my deep dissatisfaction with your customer service. It is very frustrating and unacceptable that you keep telling me to wait for a response on the other ticket, yet you never actually reply there. This is not how professional customer support should treat its clients. I demand a better and more acceptable way of communication. I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund, and I contacted customer support multiple times. I also sent them emails, but I never received any reply at all.

Each time, they say they will forward my case to the responsible person, but no one ever contacts me and nothing gets resolved.

There is no clear communication, no proper follow-up, and no real assistance. The delays are extremely long, especially when it comes to canceling an order and getting a refund.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with this unprofessional approach. I expected better customer service, but unfortunately, the experience has been very poor.

I do not recommend buying from Bludiode.com due to slow responses, lack of follow-up, and excessive delays Very disappointing experience.

Oh dear, it seems your parcel was faster than all of us combined – Usain Bolt would be jealous! ? By the time we tried to tackle it, your order had already put on its running shoes and sprinted out of the warehouse. We even waved a little white flag at it, but it just kept going!

Our supplier is basically a ninja at packing – they see an order and poof! it’s gone. We tried to stop it, but sadly, we don’t have a parcel lasso yet. (We’re working on it. ?)

The bright side? If this high-speed package shows up at your door and you still don’t want it, you can return it within 14 days. It’ll be like sending the parcel on a round-trip holiday – we’ll even welcome it back with open arms!

Incredibly disappointed in this company . Offered a competitive price for a phone . Money and expedited shipping offer is paid. After the latest possible delivery date passes I get informed they are out of stock . Multiple emails and lack of communication. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the refund. Don't use this website.

Received my product in very well packaged ?, and after afew back and forth email with the team about my good, shipping delivery is the main issued so far it took so long 2. 5 months even i paid for express delivery, other than that i had no issues at all with the order. At least i know for future order don't pay express delivery charges it wasting money just give the lead time delivery is around 2 to 3 months i hope?????

If you need a product that is not available locally, you can buy it here, as the exact item arrived as ordered; however, I have the following comments.

- Certain steps lack transparency, largely due to supplier dependence rather than Bludiode's fault
- After a successful transaction via a valid bank account, they had to manually verify the transaction (not really a problem, rather an inconvenience)
- To get my parcel cleared for customs, I manually had to request the invoice, as they failed to provide and attach it to my order after payment
- Their customer representatives are kind and supportive, but due to the first point mentioned here, at certain stages they more or less guess on when the order is getting updated
- My order was placed on the 29th of September (with an estimated completion date of October 9-30), and it got delivered in early January. I know it is an estimate; however, come on!
- Looking at their review responses, whoever sends in a negative review, they either gaslight their customers or mention that it was relatively cheap, suggesting that they should not complain, which is a behaviour I can not support, even if the submitted review contains false information or an overreaction
- As advertised, you can install Google on Google Play-certified Chinese devices and, with a few restrictions, use it as if it came with an English ROM. And no, the device is NOT used; it was simply repacked.

Overall, I'm pleased that I received what I ordered; however, I would not have ordered if I had known it would take significantly longer than expected and that the entire process would be tedious and manual.
