OTA updates are most likely going to work in most of the devices bought at our website and they should not change system sate ex. removing multi-language and google apps.
However, there are devices where OTA will not work, we usually inform about it on the product page, in the "ROM" section. If you'll not be able to make automatic updates, you may always try to make manual system update, which may require some skills or tools (ex. ADB) installed on your computer. It may also remove system customisations installed before ex. multi-language support. For more info you may ask us a question from product page.
NFC will most likely work on the most of the devices bought on our website.
Exception are some, but not all, devices sold with unlocked bootloader, due to Global rom installation ex. Xiaomi. Some other devices with Global rom installed on original rom, and unlocked bootloader shouldn't have problems with NFC payments - ex. Realme devices. Root can also cause NFC banking applications not work, but our store in current time don't sell rooted devices at all (state for January 2024).
If you have doubts if your device will have NFC payments working you should ask us every time by product questions available at product page or checks questions of the other customers at the bottom of the product page.

1.Spatial audio is supported on OnePlus 11 on launch, and will be supported by more models in the near future. The Head tracking feature is only available on OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and is not supported by OnePlus Buds Pro 2R.
2.For OnePlus smartphone users with Android 11 and above, Audio ID 2.0 can be set in the "Earbuds Function". For other users (iOS /Android 7.0 and above), OnePlus Audio ID 2.0 requires the official HeyMelody mobile application-this is available for download on Google Play and iOS App Store. Historical and personal data are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy: oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy.
3.OnePlus Buds Pro 2 offers three noise canceling modes (Faint, Smart, and Extreme) that range between 25 dB to 48 dB. The“Smart” noise canceling mode allows for intelligent, dynamic noise cancellation that adjusts automatically, compensating for ambient sounds in your surroundings. ANC data is based on OnePlus laboratory results. Actual performance experienced by users may vary based on specific conditions.
4.OnePlus Buds Pro 2 can achieve up to 39 hours of battery life while playing music (Earbuds and charging case combined), and a full charge of the earbuds themselves delivers up to 9 hours of playtime with the volume set at 50%, with AAC mode and ANC off. With ANC on, in AAC mode, volume set at 50%, enjoy up to 25 hours of battery life (Earbuds and charging case combined), and a full charge of the earbuds themselves delivers up to 6 hours of playtime. Charging and battery test results are based on internal OnePlus laboratory results (25° C or 77° F). Test date: December 12, 2022. Actual battery life is affected by the volume, frequency, and duration of incoming calls, output source, environmental interference, product features used, usage habits, and other factors. Actual experience will depend on individual use.
5.Available on LHDC codec-compatible android devices only. OnePlus models that support this feature include: OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 10R, OnePlus 10T, OnePlus 11, Nord 2 and Nord 2T. These devices are scheduled for an upgrade to the LHDC 5.0 within 2023 via OTA.
6.Google fast pair is supported on OnePlus 6 and above and the system shall be Andriod 11 and above.
7.Latency can be reduced to as low as 54ms when paired with select OnePlus phone models. Data is based on internal OnePlus laboratory results, when OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is paired with OnePlus 11. LE Audio will be released via OTA later in 2023.
8.A 10-minute charge keeps your OnePlus Buds Pro 2 going for 10 hours (Buds and charging case combined, ANC off). A single 10-minute charge of the earbuds themselves delivers 3 hours of playtime only (Buds only, ANC off). Charging and battery test results are based on internal OnePlus laboratory results (25° C or 77° F). Test date: December 12, 2022. Fast charge your OnePlus Buds Pro 2 using a standard adapter or Type-C USB charging cable. Requires 5V~2A adapter or higher. Actual performance experienced by users may vary based on the specific charging environment conditions.
9.Wireless charging requires a Qi-certified wireless charger. Wireless charging is only supported for OnePlus Buds Pro 2, and is not available for OnePlus Buds Pro 2R.
10.The quality of the fit varies and depends on multiple factors including the shape and size of the wearer's ears.
11.Available ear-tip sizes include small, medium, and large only.
12.The Neck Health feature will come via OTA soon. To use Neck Health, please update the headset firmware, Wireless Headset App, and Health App to the latest version. A 3-minute test time is an average test time and may vary from individual to individual.
