Dear customers. Nobody likes to confirm his innocence, but when we you asked to confirm your card payment – please do not treat it like court case!

When you are making purchase with your credit card – we believe you got good intention. We just want to send you your product to you be happy. Unfortunately, not everyone is like you and have same intention.
Our store, like other in our industry is experiencing some amount of fraud payments. We decided to share with your statistics of last 45 days of purchases in our store.

In last 45 days, due to fraudulent transactions we needed to refund 25.74% of all credit card payments! Wow, that is a lot!
Please do not worry then, when we are verifying your transaction. In time of digital wallets, keeping card data in browser accounts, paying by card for every purchase in grocery your card data is at very risk! We must defend these who are not aware about it.
How do we verify?

Usually we need only transaction authorization token (this can get at your card issuer) or, if you can’t provide this code, we ask for card photo with COVERED SENSITIVE DATA (we need last 4 digits of the card only! Please don’t sent us picture of your card with uncovered rest of the data!) + credit card statement.

I hope you understand, and do not be angry on us when we ask for the verification of your transaction. Is for safety of us all!
