Vivo has launched its new flagship series, the Vivo X100, in China on November 13th, 2023. The series consists of three models: Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro, and Vivo X100 Pro+. These phones boast impressive specifications, especially in the camera department, where they feature Zeiss optics and a dedicated V3 chipset for photography.

The Vivo X100 Pro+ is the most premium model of the series, and it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is the latest and most advanced processor from the US chipmaker. The Vivo X100 Pro+ also has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the 32MP selfie camera. The phone has 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. The battery capacity is 5400mAh and it supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The Vivo X100 Pro+ has a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 4.3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide lens with a 119-degree field of view. The cameras have Zeiss T* lens coating, which reduces reflections and enhances image quality. The phone also has a V3 chipset, which is a dedicated processor for image processing and enhancement. The phone can record 8K videos and has a Cinematic mode for professional-grade video editing.

The Vivo X100 Pro and Vivo X100 are the other two models of the series, and they are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, which is a 4nm chipset with 5G support. The Vivo X100 Pro and Vivo X100 have similar specifications as the Vivo X100 Pro+, except for the camera department. The Vivo X100 Pro has a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. The Vivo X100 has a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. Both phones have a 32MP selfie camera and a V3 chipset.

The Vivo X100 series is expected to launch in global markets, including India, soon. The pricing details of the phones are not yet revealed, but the Vivo X100 was listed on a Chinese shopping site with a starting price of CNY 3,999 (around Rs 46,200) for the 12GB/256GB model.
