Dear, we would like to inform that we are currently observing no problem with shipping out devices from our suppliers in Hong-Kong. There are no delays with packages going out by Fedex or Quantium. You may need to verify though how packages are processed through Fedex at your country, some countries have restrictions on today (ex. Germany, India). Most of the countries are unaffected.

Little different situation we observe when is coming to packages sent from china by post service. China transportation is recovering from downturn caused by virus since December till February (Currently, the epidemic has slowed down considerably) and airplanes with outgoing packages are full. This may cause significant delays with receiving your orders sent by the post. We got information though that courier companies like ex. DHL are working normally, without delays. If you care about time – please choose Courier services instead of post. If you could wait little more – post should do the job aswell.

If it goes to accepting your package to your hands – what happen if contaminated person were sending/transporting/delivering it? Risks of coronavirus infection from packages are 'extremely low’. Virus can possibly live on paper up to 3 hours/cardboard up to 12 hours/plastic surfaces up to 36 hours. Please do note that our packages are delivered from 10 to 60 days, they are going through long way. To be extra safe, consumers can clean packages or other surfaces with solutions containing 62% to 71% ethanol alcohol, 0.5% hydrogen peroxide, or 0.1% sodium hypochlorite.
