I am giving a very low rating due to unhappy purchase from this site recently, I bought Oneplus 13 with global ROM, however the reasons for my negative review are:
1- The delivery period was much longer than what stated in the product page.
2- My biggest problem that I received a defective device, which can't be updated using either OTA or even local update, and every time I try to update the update page shows no network connection even though I'm connected to WIFI, and when I download the update package and try to update using local update, the update always shows update failed.
In the product page no clear warning about this problem in this device.
When I contacted Bludiode they refer me to a third party website where I need to pay extra money to rectify the device, which is a very strange reply, and they want me to pay to rectify their defective device, and I'm not sure what does warranty mean for Bludiode?
When I contacted Oneplus they said I need to send the device to them for repair.
So brand new expensive device with a lot of head ache and I need to pay more money to rectify.
Unfortunately very bad experience with this purchase, I recommend not to buy this device from this site.

The device you bought is 30% cheaper than the locally available version. You can still update the system manually. I ordered a Realme phone from the online store Bludiode.

The phone arrived in two months (the store honestly warns about possible logistical delays). At the time of my order, the configuration I needed was unavailable in online stores in Europe and China. The only store that had exactly what I was looking for was Bludiode.com. When ordering, the phone was €65 cheaper than the average price on the internet. I didn’t have to pay any additional fees—only the initial price listed on the website. The warranty for the phone was 24+12 months. I have downloaded the purchase receipt in my personal account.

Before placing an order, I recommend reviewing the product information and reaching out to the store’s support team if needed. Their customer service is efficient and responds without delays. An analysis of the website showed that it has been operating since October 15, 2014. Scammers usually create short-lived, one-day websites.

Bottom line: I recommend this online store.

I have never left a negative review before, but this company definitely deserves really bad review.
I ordered a phone in May. Although it stated that the product would be delivered in about twenty days, two months later I was still sending emails to check on its status. Two months after placing the order, I received an email informing me that they didn’t even have the phone I had paid for and that I could choose another one instead. A few days later, they supposedly found the phone I had ordered and claimed to have shipped it.
Another two months passed, and in September, the package arrived at customs, even though I had canceled the order. They then recommended that I accept the phone because they would charge me for delivery costs. Since I had already bought another phone during the five months I waited for the order, it made no sense to accept it.
And now, two months later, in November, after several emails and after the 14-day refund period had passed, they refunded only a third of the amount. They took nearly €300 for costs without providing any justification, citing their terms and conditions, which, imagine, state that delivery charges are possible. For a phone costing €850, nearly €300 for delivery.
Besides waiting for 6 months and being charged extra uncovered costs, I would add that some of the customer service representatives who responded to emails were not very polite, which contributed to the overall impression that I wouldn’t give even a single star.
