- no delivery for over 2 months

I've been being held up for over 2 months and the cell phone delivery still hasn't taken place. 3 weeks ago they promised me delivery including tracking number. What's the problem... the money has been in your account since January 29, 2024. I keep being put off... that it will be delivered soon.

Bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus for 379€ (great price). Paid with SeQura (3x 126€, with no interests). Shipping took around 3 weeks. Paid very high customs and DHL transportation fees (total of 196€). So, final price not so good.. Also, the shipping destination was Portugal, that uses a standard european plug, and the fast charger came with a UK plug.

Today is 6 september and the page of the status order still says global rom installation... no info at all about the delivery...

i give three stars just beacause i don't know which are the vacation days in the country where my phone is located, but if i will have other issues like other people here (wrong rom or wrong phone) i'm going to update the vote

About delivery - please refer to the delivery dates provided at your order - tracking code should be provided in between them. After tracking will be available, your item should arrive fast - usually within 3-6 days.
