i'd like to buy note 20 ultra but am confused by "Please note that additional protection starts after 12 months of initial, producer warranty. So there's no possibility to send device to EU warehouse, if in first 12 months it required sending directly to the supplier" . what does this mean if my phone f breaks down in the first 12 months who do i send it to ? , if it breaks down in the 12 to 24 months who do send it to ? , if it breaks down again in the 12 to 24 months after having first broken down in the 0 to 12 months peroid who do i send it to ? , thanks in advance . dear, for first 12 months of warranty product needs to be shipped back to the country of origin (you can check country of origin at the tab "more info"). For 12-24 months you need to ship item back to our EU warehouse (UK, Poland) or US one.
